Philadelphia SAFETY2024 PDC – Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

The ASSP Philadelphia Chapter and Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council invite you to exhibit at Safety2024.  This full day PDC will be held on Thursday, June 6th, 2024, 7:30-5:30 in the greater Philadelphia area, at the Historic Drexelbrook in Drexel Hill, PA.

The mission of the conference is to provide a first-class event for occupational safety and health professionals to learn, network, and grow professionally. We have a large exhibit hall and would like to see you showcase your products and services.  We will provide designated time for participants to engage with the Exhibitors and incentives for visiting your display.

Exhibit space is a 10×10 standard booth with one table and two chairs.  You may bring your own additional table coverings, back drops, posters, etc.  Please specify when you sign up if you need electricity.  You can also get a 10×20 with a price discount.  Exhibit spaces sell through May 24, 2024.  Meal/Happy Hour sponsorships available until June 6, 2024.

All Exhibitors and sponsors, please submit a company logo to president@phila.assp.org so we can include your information on our website and advertising.  In the subject write: “Exhibitor Logo”.

We will have a great networking Happy Hour after the PDC and we invite you to provide Door Prize items for our drawings!

Exhibitors will be permitted to the space on June 5th from 3-5 pm for setup, or the morning of the PDC at 6:30 am.  We have access to a loading dock on June 5th, please let us know if you need dock access.

Exhibitors who wish to receive a certificate of completion for continuing education hours will need to be registered participants.
