As the EHS Saftey Program Manager you will evaluate current safety protocols for a manufacturing facility with 250-300 employees and develop and roll out new standard operating procedures (SOP). This role is an expansion of the company’s EH&S department and reports to Director of EH&S and will be the on-site safety presence for the facility.

New safety programs have reduced TRIR in 2019, but we’re looking for someone on-site to further reduce injuries. If you’re a motivated self-starter with the desire to exact real change within a growing manufacturing network then this role may be perfect for you.

The ideal candidate would be 2-8 years out of college with safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
